ഞാൻ വരുന്നു ക്രൂശിങ്കൽ സാധു ക്ഷീണൻ കുരുടൻ
സർവ്വവും എനിക്കെച്ചിൽ പൂർണ്ണരക്ഷ കാണും ഞാൻ

ശരണമെൻ കർത്താവേ! വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെട്ട കുഞ്ഞാടേ!
താഴ്മയായ് കുമ്പിടുന്നു രക്ഷിക്കയെന്നെയിപ്പോൾ

വാഞ്ഛിച്ചു നിന്നെയെത്ര ദോഷം വാണെന്നിൽ എത്ര?
ഇമ്പമായ് ചൊല്ലുന്നേശു ഞാൻ കഴുകിടും നിന്നെ

മുറ്റും ഞാൻ തരുന്നിതാ ഭൂനിക്ഷേപം മുഴുവൻ
ദേഹം ദേഹി സമസ്തം എന്നേക്കും നിന്റേതു ഞാൻ

എന്നാശ്രയം യേശുവിൽ വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെട്ട കുഞ്ഞാട്ടിൽ
താഴ്മയായ് കുമ്പിടുന്നു രക്ഷിക്കുന്നിപ്പോളേശു

I am coming to the cross;
I am poor, and weak, and blind;
I am counting all but dross;
I shall full salvation find

I am trusting, Lord, in Thee,
